Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can white hominy, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Reserve
    one cup of the shredded cheese; set aside.
    In a large
    bowl
    combine
    the
    other ingredients;
    spoon
    into a lightly
    greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle the reserved cup of\tcheese\ton top and bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
