Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 c. uncooked rice
2 Tbsp. onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
In pressure cooker, mix tomato soup and water.
Make meat mixture into walnut size meatballs.
Put into the tomato soup mixture.
Put lid on pressure cooker; set control at 10 pound pressure.
Cook for 10 minutes after starts to jiggle.
