Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars, beating at medium speed, until light and fluffy.
    Add flour, salt, vanilla and eggs; beat well.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
    Cool on a wire rack.
