Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. mixed vegetables for soup (frozen)
    8 oz. Kraft medium sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions.
    (You may add more vegetables if you wish.)
    Drain well.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Mix onions, mayonnaise and cheese together and spread over vegetables.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
