Chicken Gary(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. flour
    1 cube butter, melted
    1 c. heavy cream
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until thin.
    Dredge with flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Dip in melted butter and lay side by side in large baking pan.
    Do not overlap!
    Arrange sauteed mushrooms decoratively over each breast.
    Sprinkle with cheese; pour over cream and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    This is an easy dish for last minute entertaining that always works.
    Serve with rice pilaf and fresh green vegetable.
