Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, cut 1/2-inch thick
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup in small bowl. Cook carrots and onion in 4 tablespoons butter until tender. Remove from heat.
