Cream Of Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    3 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add flour and peanut butter.
    Stir until peanut butter is melted.
    Gradually add broth.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in heavy cream; heat a few minutes longer, until hot.
