Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 sweet onions, sliced (Vidalias preferably)
1/2 c. margarine, softened
25 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook onions 15 to 20 minutes.
Place half in baking dish. Sprinkle with half cracker crumbs, then add half Parmesan cheese. Repeat layer of onions, crumbs and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
