Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Supreme cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Mix cake according to the box with the exception of using lemon pudding instead of vanilla.
Grease mini muffin pan and fill 1/3 full with batter.
Dip cakes in topping while hot.
Set on wax paper to cool.
Makes 95 to 110 cookies.
