Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar (brown or granulated)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes; drain, peel and mash.
    In a saucepan, warm milk and margarine until margarine is melted; remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans.
    Mix with sweet potatoes.
    Place in casserole and heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
