Nacho Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat (beef)
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. nacho tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    taco sauce
    shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown onion and meat.
    Drain.
    Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water.
    Then add kidney beans, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
