Pecan Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 stick Margarine
4 Eggs
2 c. Pecans, chopped
2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat again.
Beat in margarine and vanilla.
Add flour and beat well.
Add pecans. Spray cooking spray in loaf pan just before pouring in mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown.
