Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 slices bread
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. rice
    4 sticks celery
    onion to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cut up celery and onion.
    Combine all ingredients, except tomato juice and mix well.
    Form into balls.
    Put the tomato juice into pressure cooker.
    Put meat balls in pressure cooker and cook 15 minutes.
