Barbecue Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Shape into 12 balls.
    Brown in oil; drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes, turning frequently until meatballs are well glazed.
    Makes 4 servings.
