Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. fat
    2 c. buttermilk or sour milk *
Preparation
    Place yeast in a cup.
    Add warm water.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
    Cut in fat and add the buttermilk or sour milk to the flour and fat mixture.
    Stir yeast and water to get the lumps out.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir until you have a dough.
    Add more flour, if necessary.
