Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    8 oz. N.Y. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick creamy butter
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Blend grated cheese, butter and soy sauce.
    Add the flour and mix well.
    Shape into small balls and flatten with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
