Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced cooked potatoes, salted
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs
2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Salt and pepper to taste or use Morton's Nature's Seasoning for flavor.
