Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 stick melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Cream together Ricotta and cream cheese; add sugar, flour and cornstarch; beat well.
    Add vanilla and butter and add beaten eggs and sour cream. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 3 more hours.
    Do not open oven door.
    Cool, then refrigerate.
