Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, bones and skin removed
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until transparent.
    Add water and broccoli; simmer until broccoli is tender.
    Add salmon, chicken bouillon, evaporated milk and flour (which has been mixed together).
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat until mixture thickens slightly.
