Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    parsley
    2 c. shredded mild cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    butter and paprika for top
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets.
    Peel and shred coarsely.
    Put butter and cheese in pan over low heat until melted.
    Blend sour cream and seasonings.
    Fold in potatoes and parsley.
    Place in casserole.
    Dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
