Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops, washed and drained
    2 c. crushed Ritz or Waverly crackers
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. light cream
    paprika
    pepper
Preparation
    Combine crackers, salt and butter.
    In casserole, arrange alternate layers of crackers and scallops (3 layers of crackers and 2 of scallops).
    Pour cream over top; sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
    Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
