Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour (do not sift)
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in no given order. Pour into 9-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
    You need not grease the pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
