Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz. can oysters, chopped (with juice)
1/2 pkg. milk crackers, crumbed (I use Royal lunch)
butter
milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grease 2-quart casserole dish with butter. Put a layer of cracker crumbs on bottom of dish, then alternate with oysters and crackers until all are used; add spices. Pour oyster juice over top, then add enough milk, 1/2 to 1 cup, making sure crackers on the bottom are moist. Do not mix or stir up. Put a few dabs of butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
