Vegie Chili(Light Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
    dash of basil
    dash of oregano
    dash of cumin
    1 c. zucchini, finely chopped
    1/2 carrot, finely chopped
    2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and thoroughly rinsed
    chopped onions, tomatoes, lettuce or green peppers (for garnish)
Preparation
    Praise our Lord everyday for all His blessings.
