Boiled Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda in water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cook raisins and water 15 minutes.
Drain juice to 1 cup. Flour raisins.
Beat all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
