Mushroom Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. medium size mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove stems and reserve caps.
    Finely chop stems to make about 2 cups.
    Saute in butter with onion in a large skillet.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Add cream and cook, stirring, until thick.
