Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. wide lasagna noodles
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
12 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and garlic in hot fat.
Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, salt, oregano and pepper.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook noodles according to directions.
In an oblong baking dish (7 x 11-inch) alternate layers of cooked noodles, Swiss cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
