Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef (chuck or cubes)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. green onions or regular onions
    1 c. green peppers
    2 stalks celery
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (mix with water in bowl)
Preparation
    Heat oil; add beef and cook until brown.
    Add garlic and vegetables and cook until tender.
    Drain grease and add soy sauce to mixture.
    Add cornstarch (dry) mixed with water to hot mixture. Stir and cook until thick.
    Serve over rice.
