Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers, chopped
    12 red hot peppers, chopped
    3 large onions, finely chopped
    1 oz. white mustard seed
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    boiling water
Preparation
    Add peppers and onions to boiling water; cover and let stand 25 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients; boil 15 minutes. Seal while hot in sterilized jars.
