Oven Baked Hamburgers With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 pkg. Lipton mushroom dry soup mix
1 onion, sliced
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Mix 2 cups water and soup mix and put into oblong baking dish. Form meat into patties and place in dish.
Add onion slices.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on size of patties.
Mix flour and 4 tablespoons water with fork until well blended.
Put into dish with patties, mixing well with gravy mixture to thicken.
