Creamed Eggs On Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 level Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs, hard cooked
5 slices hot buttered toast
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour.
Add milk, stir until sauce boils and thickens.
Then add sliced hard cooked eggs and asparagus. Serve on toast.
