Pasta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rigatoni noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion (medium)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic (fresh, salt or powder)
1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Precook rigatoni.
Brown meat with onion, green pepper and garlic.
Drain off fat.
Add tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, sugar and oregano.
Heat thoroughly (mixture will thicken).
Grease 9-inch pie pan well.
Beat eggs; add melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
Mix well.
Pour pasta (cooked, drained and cooled) into pie pan.
Pour egg mixture over and mix in thoroughly.
Pour sauce mixture over all.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and serve.
