Venison Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 lb. ground venison
12 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
10 tsp. black pepper
8 tsp. garlic salt
16 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
12 tsp. liquid smoke
8 tsp. onion salt
6 c. water
Preparation

Mix all well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Mix well every day for 3 days.
