Quick Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Baker's coconut
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    2 pie shells
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Mix together coconut and milk; set aside.
    Melt margarine. Mix together margarine, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla and lemon, then add coconut mixture.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
