Oven Kahlua Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. rock salt
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or tsp. grated dried ginger
3 or 4 lb. pork butt, slashed
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients.
Rub over pork.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil, allowing foil to extend generously over one end.
Place pork on foil.
Fold foil over the pork, sealing well.
Roast in 325\u00b0 oven 4 hours.
To serve:
Shred with 2 forks or with fingers instead of carving.
