Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. converted rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can beef consomme soup
    3 to 3 1/2 c. chicken parts
    1/2 c. sherry
    1 bag Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. hot water and 1 tsp. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Put rice on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour combined soups over rice.
    Put chicken parts on top.
    Sprinkle Lipton onion soup over all.
    Dissolve beef bouillon in 1 cup hot water and pour over top, then add cooking sherry.
    Bake, covered, 1 hour and uncovered, 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
