Low-Fat Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small baking potatoes
    2 oz. reduced calorie cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. skim milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until tender (45 to 50 minutes).
    Cool slightly; cut in half lengthwise and gently scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell.
    Put pulp in small bowl; add cheese, chives, basil, salt and pepper.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add milk a tablespoon at a time until fluffy.
    Spoon or pipe into shells.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Cover loosely with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until heated through.
