Microwave Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 quarts popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla used)
Preparation
    Put popped corn in brown grocery bag or big bowl. In a separate bowl, put sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbly. Stir. Boil 3 minutes in microwave; stirring after each minute. Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir. Pour mixture over popped corn (in brown bag or in large bowl). Shake or stir. Microwave 1 minute then shake/stir. Microwave 30 seconds, then shake/stir. Microwaveone more time for 30 seconds, then shake/stir. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
