Pirozhki(Russian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c milk
    3 eggs
    1 c sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    50 gram. yeast
    6 1/2 c flour (unbleached)
Preparation
    DOUGH:
    Mix warm milk with yeast, add salt and sugar, and 3 cups flour, 1 cup at a time.
    Beat eggs in a bowl, stir eggs into mixture, warm up butter, stir into dough, add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil.
    Mix about 15 minutes, if dough seems liquid, add a little bit more flour.
    Put dough into a big pot and cover.
    Keep it in a warm place for 5 hours.
