Governor'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. large curd cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. scallions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled until tender then cooled
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
