Easy Chili With Salsa(Low Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (mild or hot to taste)
2 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes and then serve.
Makes 8 cups.
