Brunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup of the flour with the sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mix for top. To remaining crumbs, add the other cup of flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Add buttermilk, egg and vanilla; blend thoroughly on low speed with mixer. Beat 1 minute more on medium speed. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Add cinnamon to crumb mixture reserved for topping. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
