Instant Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 c. raisins or chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, dates or raisins.
    Add milk mixed with lemon juice.
    Knead well.
    Shape into a 3-inch roll.
    Wrap in wax paper; store in refrigerator for 12 hours.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream.
