Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except nutmeg; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until set. Baking time should be about 35 minutes total.
    The center may still look a bit soft but will set later.
    This is also good without the pie shell in small custard cups.
