Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
    3 cream of potato soup
    3 cream of celery soup
    1 (12 oz.) sour cream
    salt and pepper
    onion to taste
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
