Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
12 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
-
Simmer all ingredients (except eggs) in saucepan for 10 minutes.
Put eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours.
