Vanilla Cream Pie(Or Coconut, Banana, Butterscotch Or Chocolate) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan add sugar, all-purpose flour and/or the cornstarch and salt.
    Add milk slowly, mixing well over medium heat until it thickens and boils.
    Then cook for 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir a small amount of mixture into a bowl with the three slightly beaten egg yolks and immediately return to hot mixture.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
