Roasted Quail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quail
    salt
    butter (lumps)
    flour
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Soak overnight in salted water, 1 part vinegar to 1 part water.
    Stew or fry in same manner as chicken.
