Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
4 oz. cubed American cheese
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Add onion to broccoli and steam.
Drain.
In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients. Cook until cheese is melted.
Serves 5.
