Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    2 (16 oz.) cans Chinese vegetables, drained and rinsed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French-fried onions
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, vegetables and soup.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with onions and return to oven for another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
